COMPETITOR INFORMATION AND ENTRY FORM (PLEASE KEEP THIS INFORMATION SHEET FOR YOU REFERENCE)

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO COMPETITORS: You must bring your own bed sheets and towels, as you will be charged if any of the Hotel linens are stained by your body tanning products.

Eligibility: Entrants must be current NPC registered athletes. You may register with the NPC at early competitor check-in on Friday evening the 14th or final check-in on the 15th. 2010 NPC Registration fee is $90.

This is an NPC National Qualifier, and is a non-tested contest. 1st Place winners will qualify for NPC Nationals, & also qualify for the Team Universe National if you are a Natural Athlete, and providing that you can pass the drug testing implemented at the Team Universe Event.

Entry Fee: $75. You may enter up to two classes (if qualified). Example: Master’s/Novice..or Master’s/Open..or Juniors/Novice, or Juniors & Open. Master’s Figure/ & a Figure Height Class is allowed. A Bodybuilding combination of Open/Novice is not allowed. The fee must accompany the Entry Form. Double Entrants must pay an additional entry fee of $50 for their second Class both. Make check or money ordered payable to Ron & Susan Smith, R.K. Smith Productions, PO Box 357 Hebo, Oregon 97122. You may also telephone your entry in to us with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a Discover Credit Card. Once you enter there are no refunds, make sure that you are committed before entering.

“On time” Entry Deadline: Monday May 10th, 2010. You may enter after May 10th, but you will be required to pay the late Entry Fee of $100.00 per class, no exceptions.

Figure Competitors will have 1 round, Two Piece /

Fitness Competitors will have two rounds: Routine and Two-piece. The scoring is 50% per round for your final score in the Fitness category.

Music: Music must be recorded on an audio CD’s (no MP3 Files) with your 60 second music being the only recording on the CD, no other form will be accepted. Music must be turned in at Competitor Check in or you will not be able to complete the check in process. *We reserve the right to substitute a house music recording if your music is not acceptable.

Posing Routines: Your CD may contain NO PROFANITY. Attention: Bodybuilders will be allowed 60 seconds for their posing round and Women’s Fitness up to 2 minutes. Please NO SEXUAL INNUENDOS are allowed in your routines or in your music. This is grounds for disqualification by NPC rules and will be enforced. If you have musical lyrics or routine “moves” that are questionable, please remove them from your routine & or music. This is an event attended by all, from kids to Grandma’s and Grandpa’s. Please be respectful.

Video: No video cameras or Tripods are allowed, no Professional Photographing will be allowed. The competition will be professionally video taped by R.K. Smith Productions, and Event Photography is offered by Nicola Harrison Photography. Video & DVD orders will be taken at the event and post event orders may be called into R.K. Smith Productions @ 503.376.6361 (see flyer for further information and form for a pre-event discount order)

COMPETITORS REGISTRATION: Check-in is located on the upper level of the Chinook Winds Casino in the Convention Center area. Early Check-in is Friday Evening from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM. / FINAL Bodybuilders Check-in is Saturday from 7:00 AM- 8:00 AM. All competitors must have their posing suit under their sweats or clothing. Even if you are not in a weight class you still must show the NPC officials your suit. Competitors Please allow time to be processed through and finish Saturday before 8:00 AM. When traveling in on Saturday morning to check in, please allow extra time for heavy traffic.

Guidelines: All competitors will follow NPC rules, guidelines, and mandatory poses. The location of the SATURDAY Competitors Meeting is in the Check in Room. Saturday AM Check in will close promptly at 8:00 AM and the Competitor Meeting will begin at 9:00 AM. The Competitor Meeting is Mandatory, as you will receive instruction. Only Competitors entered into the contest are allowed at the meeting. All contestants will be introduced and pose at the night show. Top 5’s will be called back for awards.

*All Competitors will be Judged on Saturday morning. This includes all Bodybuilders, Figure/ Fitness & Bikini Competitors.

The Judging Event will begin at 10:00 AM Sat May 15th. Judging Round Admission is not pre-sold, entrance may begin at 9:00 AM, Admission cost is $15.00.

The Sat. May 15th Bodybuilding Championship Final Performance all Tickets are $30. All Seats are Reserved. Seating is our traditional Las Vegas Show Style: There are 8 seats at each table. Unsold Tickets will be available at the door beginning at 6:00 PM.

Teams entering 5 or more Competitors into the 2010 OREGON IRONMAN will be awarded a plaque or trophy commemorating their achievement. There will be an announcement of these Team Awards before the audience during the first portion of the Oregon Ironman Event. To be eligible you must have your entries grouped together, and either mailed in by Monday May 3rd. This is to allow us the proper time to prepare the award.
