I just wanted to say thank you for such a great experience at your competition.  It was so well run and just an all around awesome experience for me!!  The staff was very helpful and all the competitors were so nice and fun.  My sister, is a very accomplished competitor and just had her first baby but will be competing in the Ironman next year! She was very impressed with the quality of the show. Thanks so much and again great job!!

May 2003: This year's Oregon Ironman sold out!! 131 athletes competed, making this show the best ever in the Northwest.  Next year the show will be split into two nights as it has grown so much in size. This year was definitely the best Oregon Ironman ever. Hats off to Ron and Sue and their staff for making this show a huge success. Had such a great time judging. I absolutely adore Ron & Susan Smith, who are two of the most generous People I know. They have such an awesome show....and when you go to their show to compete....that's exactly what you do...You step on stage and they run you thru top 5, next 5, next 5 and so on.....No messing around! If and when I ever compete again....I WILL do a Smith show...absolutely. THAT is the way that shows should run....In my opinion. LOVE IT! Love THEM! loved the location....all 6 1/2 hours of driving to get there, totally worth the road trip!
