Thank you for your interest in The 2008 NPC Seven Feathers Classic Bodybuilding, Women’s Fitness & Figure Championships!

The event is being held on October 11th at the “Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort ”. The Resort is located at exit #99 on Hwy I-5 at Canyonville, Oregon. We are really pleased to be able to host the event each year at this beautiful venue. This venue offers everything we all need for the weekend, and all under one roof!

The Seven Feathers Hotel will be accepting reservations for the event beginning in mid June. Please do not delay long past that point if you would like to stay at the Resort Hotel, as they will definitely sell all of their rooms prior to our Event. (The new Hotel addition will be opening in early 2009. The new "Gathering Place Buffet" will be opening in November of 2008!)

The telephone number to the Resort Hotel is: 1.888.677.7771. Please let them know at the Hotel Desk that you are coming for the 2008 Seven Feathers Classic Event and you will receive a special contest rate. The rate is: $107 single/double or $116 Triple/quad. There is a Best Western Hotel just across the freeway from the Resort. Their direct # is: 541-839-4200. Once the Best Western is full, your next best options would be Grants Pass if you are driving north to reach the contest, or Roseburg if you are driving south to reach the Seven Feathers Casino.

The contest will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Convention Center. You may enter the Convention Center from the Casino floor or the Convention Center has it’s own entrance. Minors are not allowed to cross the Casino gaming floor, so if you are bringing minors to the show you will want to use the Convention Centers exterior main entrance, or follow along the Casino wall with them as you pass through the gaming area.

This event is an NPC National Qualifier. That means that the top two finishers in each “OPEN” Class will qualify to compete at the NPC Nationals if they desire. Also the top 5 Figure and Fitness girls qualify as well.

Prejudging will be $15.00 at the door..(no pre sales) Prejudging is open seating, first come first serve. The doors will open and we will begin to sell entrance at 9:00 A.M. The judging will begin at 10:00 AM

For those of you who have not attended a competition before...The Prejudging Round is the actual Judging Competition, and this is where the placings are decided. This is the portion of the contest in which you will see the athletes at their sharpest. You might call it the “Ball Game”

The only class not contested at this Prejudging Event are the “Overall’s”, which are decided during the Evening Show, after the class winners are presented. This is where each weight class winner will compete again, against each other, to decide an “Overall Champion”.

During the Prejudging & Evening Finals we will also have several Vendors displaying their Sports Nutrition Products and Clothing items for sale

The Evening Show is the “festive” portion of the competition....here the athletes will perform their individually designed 60 second free-posing routines and they will receive their awards. The top five in each category will be presented with trophies for their hard work.

The Evening Show doors will open, and you may enter anytime after 6:00 P.M. The Night Show Finals will begin at 7:00 P.M. All Finals Tickets are $35. There will be cocktails Bar available for a two hour period, from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Soda’s & Coffee will be available throughout the entire evening. You may bring you cocktails back to your table. Please keep in mind that orders for cocktails will not be taken after 8:30 PM.

The Evening Show Finals will be set in “Las Vegas” style seating, table of 10. Your Reserved Ticket shows that you are reserved to a table # with up to 10 others. We will have a Seating Ticket Chart posted in the foyer, so that you may locate your table before entering the Grand Ballroom.

In addition to seeing over 100 excellent Athletes from all around the Pacific NW! We are also very happy to have Top NPC Champions Guest Posing. We have Women's Master’s National Finalist and Top N.W. Bodybuilding Champion Gerri Deach-Davis. National level Champion Todd Jewell will be also Guest Posing. We also are pleased to have World Baton Champion, Fitness Champion/Model, beautiful Nikki Crawford.

The 2008 event promises to be very exciting & entertaining!
