TRAINER RECOGNITION INFORMATION FOR 2012

All Trainers entering 5 or more Competitors into the 2012 Oregon Ironman will be awarded a Personalized Plaque commemorating their achievement. There will be an announcement of these awards during the first portion of the Finals Event, and each Trainer will be presented their Plaque on stage and recognized before the audience.

To be eligible for the TRAINER RECOGINATION you must have your entries grouped together, and either mailed on telephoned in no later the Friday May11th. This is to allow us the proper preparation time.

Please print your: *Trainer name, Team Name / and a listing of your Competitors entering that you trained. *A telephone number to contact if we have any questions. The Competitors must all be training under your management, or in your Gym or Health Club.

To apply please fill out and return with your Team Entries to the Address above/ must be received or telephoned in by the 11th of May.
