* TEAM AWARDS FOR 2009
All Teams entering 5 or more Competitors into THE 2009 OREGON IRONMAN will be awarded a Personalized Plaque commemorating their achievement. There will be an announcement
of these awards before the audience during the first portion of the Oregon Ironman Event. To be eligible for the TEAM AWARD you must have your entries
grouped together, and either mailed on telephoned in by MONDAY MAY 5TH This is to allow us the proper preparation time.
Please print your: *Trainers or Teams Name / *A listing of
your Competitors entering / *A telephone number to contact if we
have any questions. The Competitors must all be training
under your management, or in your Gym or Health Club.
TO APPLY FOR THE TEAM AWARD:
You will need to fill out and return with your Team Entries to the
Address above/ must be received or telephoned in by May 5th to be eligible to receive
the Award.
